The Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2000 standards was audited by an auditor of LLOYD’S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE from 21 January to 22 January 2008 г. in Agri’M Ltd. The results showed again a very high level of maintenance of The Quality Management System of the organization according to the standard’s requirements.
Effectiveness of the Management System was ascertained regarding the fulfillment of the defined aims, as well as regarding the activities for the maintenance of the Management System according to the requirements of the standard.
Continuous improvement was demonstrated, related to the increase of the number of sold vehicles, respectively the improvement of the financial and operative indexes, effectiveness of the personnel (correlation personnel / financial results) in comparison with periods past, the authorization for official dealer of Scania and the starting of new activity – trade in new vehicles, which will be included in the range of the certification during the forthcoming audit in October 2008.
